Microsoft Security Essentials - Fail to update Error Code 0x80248007?

So I have been trying to update my Microsoft Security Essentials but it keeps saying something about my internet or networking not working, and it gave me an error code 0x80248007. And when I try window update it also gave me an error, so does anyone know

how to fix this problem?
