Problem with Windows Media Player for XP.

I get the following error message when I click on Windows Media Player: "The file wmp.dll has a version number of 11.0.5721.5280 where 11.0.5721.5268 was expected. Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled." I have downloaded

Windows Media Player version 11 for XP twice, and I still get the same message. What do you think is still the problem?
