I have poor sound quality on You-Tube videos . the sound on I-Tunes is o.k. my operating system is windows XP my browser is google chrome

I tried internet explorer as per your suggestion and the sound was perfect I have gone through the list on the flash player help page but the

problem still persists can you please suggest my next step
