what % of CPU usage allows the fastest scan ? when the P.C. is not being used??

I would like to know, what % of CPU usage to set my full scan @ to recieve results

in the fastest amount of time.I set the scan 4 2,3am. & if I allot 10% CPU usage, or ,90% usage -which

allotment will finish first?the PC is not in use @ that time .
