I had to take my computer in to have the Trojan:32/alueron removed at office depot because I could not get the windows defender offline that I had downloaded to work. Office depot made quite a few changes to my computer including adding, it seems, a team

viewer. I have not given them permission to share anything on my computer, and I would like to remove the team viewer. However, I can't find it in my programs, I can only find changes made to my computer using it after my repair.

 

 

Also, since the repair when I browse around 15 times an hour I am hit with Trojan:JSMedfos.B severe. Can you help me with this?

 

 

I don't think this was a cure. My computer never got virus' like this before the repair.
