W8 problems with xilinx tools

I am Andrew Rozentsvayg, an electronical engineer.

In early October, I bought a Samsung laptop NP350V5C

CPU i-7 3610QM, RAM 8GB (DDR3) with Windows 7. I installed the necessary software and had no problems.

But it had hardware problems and laptop was replaced by a similar but with Windows 8.

Now I have other problems - many professional programs are not working properly or immediately

generate an error and closes (Xilinx design tools).Control Panel option works under Windows 7 not successful.

In addition - the option of the two systems (+ Ubuntu 12.04 LTS) is not working.

In this regard, please provide me the option for reinstalling and use of Windows 7.
