XP SP1 Need to go to SP1a, 2, then 3 but cannot

, link to download gives error of cannot get information from server.http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=19751. Everything I've tried doesn't work. What do I do now, it is my hubs computer and I had to reinstall windows, now

I'm left with nothing able to open. It has IE 6 on it and nothing is viewable. HELP
