I can't uninstall PowerShell....okay to just leave it on my computer?

PowerShell probably got on my computer as part of an update from Windows. I don't know and don't feel I want to know how to operate it, as I don't see what good it is going to do me. So, since there is no Uninstall link, and it does not appear in Add/Remove

Programs, can I just leave it and get on with my life? In other words, is it going to be harmful?
