Guest Candace Sparks Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 We will be replacing our old server this week with a new server. Operating System is Windowss 2003 Standard Server. Is there an easy way to mover users from one to the another and keep their permissions in tact? Also, is there a way to move folder and files and keep their permissions is tact? Thank you in advance for your help!! Candace

In the future, please don't multipost - if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by posting a single message to a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG names with commas) so that everyone can follow the thread. Multiposting wastes everyone's time, including yours, and may lead to your actually getting *less* help rather than more. See http://www.blakjak.demon.co.uk/mul_crss.htm
