28 updates for Windows 7 (64 bit) that keep failing / Lots of fixes already tried !

I have tried Hotfix, Microsoft Fix Man & lots of other fixes that were listed on here, including the Readiness one.

I have tried installing updates one by one, the they all fail !

Everytime I close down the PC it says "28 Updates" and goes through the process but again fails.
