encounter a problem that it does not deposit a copy into the "send folder". besides using the 3rd party utility, is there a quick fix from microsoft to rebuild the 'send folder' as the instructions given seems to be fairly technical and long? also under

tools>options>advance.maintenance, what does the number means? shall we adjust it higher or lower if we encounter the problem that it does not deposit a copy in the "send folder"? many thanks for your help
