I have no Background Intelligient Transfer Service for resolving Windows Updates problems?

I have still problems with Windows Updates for Windows 8 Pro. I had never found Background Intelligient Transfer Service for Automatically check and resolving.

I had tried to installing 10 important updates for Windows 8. I have no any BITS in my old computer. I think my computer is old and I have old Windows Vista operating system. I used Windows 8 (32bit) upgrade disc to upgraded my computer. Windows Updates

is not working installing any time.

the dislog screen said Windows Updates must be repairs. I had searched the BITS but I surprise that there is no Computer Management and BITS too.

I was unhappy with Windows Updates ways. Please help me and help me.
