Want to Upgrade from Windows 7 Professional to Ultimate ... is this possible?

I've looked at many Microsoft websites, all of which try to direct me to get Win8, which I don't want right now. I've been having a lot of 'system issues' and though that an upgrade to Win7 Ultimate might help. However, I can't find out where/how to get

it. No 'official' sales, it seems. Not sure I can trust the sellers on Amazon market-place after reading some of the user comments. Has anyone done this upgrade? All suggestions welcome!
