How do I correct a printer spooler problem: when I reset it the spooler will go back to stop mode.

When I want to use my computer, I must insert the Lexmark CD and re-install it. My operating system is XP Pro and am using a Lexmark Z55 inkjet printer.

 

I have to re-install the printer practically after every use. I ahve gone through technical help with Lexmark and they advise me to contact Microsoft.

 

The problem is teh Printer Spooler and it will go back to stop mode after every use.

 

Would appreciate any help
