I am running my first full scan on MSE and it is now on almost 6 hours and still running . Is this

I KNOW that I am infected somewhere because all of a sudden today, almost nothing works!! I can't download, the page is jumping all around. SOMETHING is dreadfully wrong! So I am trying to run a full MSE scan and it is now HALF way through and it has

been 5 1/2 hours. I think maybe the virus or trojan or whatever is messing this up, also.

 

 

I am elderly and I don't know much about computers, and I am really upset about this. I have PAID for Norton and when I took my computer into a repair shop about four months ago, he put MSE on and said not to use Norton. He said Norton is horrible and

causes alot of problems. So now I don't know WHAT to do. HELP HELP HELP!!!!!
