Difficulty Installing Windows 7 Pro 64 bit version

I purchased online and have downloaded the Windows 7 Pro upgrade (3 files: exe and setup1 and setup2) but when I run the executable I receive the following message "Unloading the Box - We are unable to create or save new files in the folder in which this

applications was downloaded. Please check the folder properties to make sure that you have security permission on the folder to write files and that the folder is not read-only"

 

 

I have changed the folder securities permissions but still keep getting the same message. Please advise what I may need to do to complete the installation. I
