Is there a Windows 7 (64-bit) ISO image I could download that will work with a Gateway NV57H15h note

I never had a chance to make factory default disks for the Gateway NV57 notebook as the employee was in a hurry to use it. It is a new laptop that was purchased about 6 months ago for an employee and after a Microsoft update it would not start. All repair

and recovery options fail. I could probably contact Gateway but I do not want the Gateway version with the extra added software, just plain Windows7(64) is best for us. The Windows serial is still intact on the bottom of the laptop.
