Downloading/installing windows updates

I entered the code 8oo870539 into Fixit and their operation said it had repaired the matter. I again requested Windows to install updates - it went through the process of downloading them but failed to Install. This has been a fault for over 12 months

so I have been ignoring the update and there are 87 not installed. I have tried to download a single one but still no success.
