I have Windows Vista Home Premium operating system. A few days ago Update KB2761494 tried to install. It has tried unsuccessfully 6 times. It gets to the configuration stage when I restart the computer, and makes it to Step 3 of the configuration stage,

but then tells me the installation failed and the changes are reverting. I have Norton Security on my computer. Does anyone know what the problem is?
