Got a phone call from a man claiming to be with Microsoft Live. Said a problem report from my computer to Microsoft showed that I had a trojan virus and they wanted me to allow them to do a live fix. This sounds bogus to me, but gave me the number 315/277-9899

to call to verify and said to look under Windows Live Support to verify them. It sounds Fishy, and they keep calling. I have Norton Anti-Virus on my system and thought that would catch any trojan viruses, but had one a couple of years ago that actually deleted

Norton from my programs. It was months before I caught that it wasn't updating and went and looked and Norton had been uninstalled from my system. So I am kind of paranoid that Norton might not catch everything. Is this for real?
