não consigo ativar o antivirus panda total protection 2013

Tinha o panda pro 2013 instalado normalmente (original) com expiração em 05.01.2013. comprei a nova versão global protection 2013 e não consigo ativar. como acabei ficando sem um ativirus no computador, acabei instalando o avg free. consigo abrir o aplicativo

PANDA (que está instalado, mas ele pede toda hora pra reinicar o pc e QUANDO CLICO EM ATIVAR O PRODUTO, NADA ACONTECE. Como faço pra instala-lo corretamente e fazer com que funcione normalmente como o anterior? Meu windows é o 7. Grato! Paulo Novaes
