That site continues to work for me, & I have used the Symptom Checker. It has asked me to see a doctor immediately several times now! But, the site is a busy one-- lots of files are read into TIFs (.jpg, .swf, .js, etc.), & there is some animation. What exactly is your sequence of clicks before it crashes? Sometimes, the site will seem to slow, but closing/re-opening it is a cure. Also, ensure no "Privacy Alert" window is hidden in the background. Until you respond to it-- there will be no other activity! Finally, maybe rename your HOSTS file temporarily (if you have one), to see whether that is a cure. Well, do you have a HOSTS file, such as...?... http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm Then, it may be blocking a link on that site. See that URL for an explanation why & how to determine which link is causing it. To temporarily disable the HOSTS file... (a) "START button, Find, F/F, HOSTS". (b) You may get 3 or 4 them.
