With diskpart I cant see all My disk

I have a Tablet that was running windows 7 on the XSources Drive. My total drive size is 35 gig I have corrupted my drive trying to upgrade to windows 8. So I tried to reinstall windows 7 but I only have the option to install on a 4gig part of the SSD,

I cant get to the 30 gig part. Now with diskpart I can only see Disk 0 with a size of 4 gig no other disks are available that I can see. with list partition, no partitions on this disklist. I'm at a loss as to what to do next, any help would be very welcome.
