Over the last weeks nearly every time I turn on my desktop computer (Windows 7 64 Bit) I get a message in the Action Centre telling me that I need to turn on Windows Automatic Update. Each time I do as requested and select Automatic Update (Recommended).Then

the next time I turn on my computer the same thing happens again. I am getting the same message on my laptop (Windows 7 32 Bit). Does anybody have any ideas as to what is causing this problem and how to rectify the problem? It is not a big issue just a nuisance.
