My go pro camera wont play recorded video on my laptop. The picture freezes ,but plays sound ok. tried different software including vlc player but all the same. Laptop is a Acer1650z and otherwise works fine. Tried a software update for windows xp ,which

came with laptop 6 years ago, but microsoft keep saying i am not allowed to do any updates??. Might be nothing to do with this tho. Thanks
