Trouble shooter is not fixing 'error 8024200D' which is stopping me installing update KB2619339

I have tried numerous times to install update KB2619339. I have run troubleshooter a couple of times which has 'fixed' a number of errors but hasn't cleared '8024200D' what can I try next?
