Pop-up ads for Mighty Magoo Advertising.

Everytime I go on-line I get pop-up ads that have a logo of Mighty Magoo Advertising. I get these pop-ups even when accessing my bank, a secure site. The ad might say, "Hello Bank One customer, please fill out our free survey." If the ad is for a credit

report it comes from a differnet site than if it is an ad for a movie, for example. Each ad seems to come from a different site, but each ad always shows the Mighty Magoo logo. It is pretty obvious that Might Magoo has some established way to track my internet

use. I've installed some versions of the anti-tracking softwre, but to no avail. How can I get rid of this pest?tried some of the
