Hello,

for the second time in a day I have had a my computer close down and a "serious error message displayed". I have sent a error message to microsoft but was wondering if anyone could tell me what I need to do next, I have followed the advice on screen about

disk space, degramentation etc the error code that was displayed was: STOP: 0X0000008E, OXC0000005, OXBF956A02, OXB23F3C00, 0X00000000, win32k.sys address BFG56A02 base at BF800000, datestamp SOA1A16D. I restart the computer which I can use for approx 2 hours

then it shut down again. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction. Many thanks

Matt
