I have numerous duplicate updates in my microsoft update history. Should I remove them?

I had problems while installing updates after reinstalling windows. I used microsot update and rolled back the computer when I would loose functions

from installing out of order. I have everything up to date now, but, I have several duplicates in the history file on microsoft update. Should I remove these

or just ignore them? I ask because they show up in history, only one instance is in my control panel. Any thoughts?
