I Can't update Windows 8 . Every time I tried a 80071A30 error code comes up

I have 13 updates for Windows 8 that I can't install.

Although the system alerts me that I have pending updates , every time I try to install the updates with WINDOWS UPDATE, after showing the green bar going back and forth for some minutes, at the end, the following error comes up:

 

Some Updates were not installed

Failed: 13 updates

Error(s) found:

Code 80071A30 Windows Update ran into a problem
