Hi,

 

I am an older bloke, and not sure how to going about things here. My problem is with the windows7 update program which will not let me install updates, and I don't know how to correct it.

 

I get error code: 80070641

 

error code 641

 

I have no idea what these codes actually are and what they do, so please may I ask for some help to sort this problem?
