Hi,

I am using windows 8 and trying to access the store of it. when i open the store its showing all the applications. but when i try to install any of this then it gives a error saying that "YOUR PURCHASE COULD NOT BE COMPLETED.( SOMETHING HAPPENED AND YOUR

PURCHASE CANT BE COMPLETED).

The above issue happend when i try to access it through my proxy. the proxy we use is a BLUECOAT 900 series one and its OS version is 6.2. but when i directly gives the internet access to the same pc or if i use a IP natting for this pc then the app

store works fine. i have tried swiching from local account to microsoft account and from microsoft account to local account nothing worked.

 

even i imported the IE Proxy seting using command prompt and also change the local group policy setting for proxy. but stil no luck. can any one help..
