Media Centre will not update beyond 1/1/2013

I have Windows Vista Home Premium & use the Media Centre regularly.  The Guide tells me I have only 3 days left & asks me to download updates which I do. This makes no difference & it still only updates to 1/1/2013.  Have set up guide listings again but

still no success.  On the "About Guide Listings" page I note it quotes a start date of 1/1/01 & an end date of 1/1/2013.  The EPG Version is quoted as 3.00

As a separate & continuing issue I find that Channel 5, although listed, does not give any data in the guide but I can still record from this channel using the add recording facility.

 

 Can anyone help please
