NTLDR Missing or Currupt

We a service tech in to replace our tape backup. When the server was

rebooted we received the error message NTLDR missing or corrupt.

 

This is a RAID 5 with 3 hard drives.

 

Any Idea how to fix this?

It's probably too obvious but is there a floppy disk in the floppy drive?

I'd suspect the RAID array might need to be reconfigured in the SCSI BIOS.

If the tape drive is on the same controller the tech may have changed

something in the SCSI BIOS to configure the tape drive.
