i can not make updates on my computer. i get the following codes. can you help. i think i may have been infected somehow. most of these are noted as important security updates.... i get tons of error messages, such as TWCScreensaver update exc has

stopped working, symantec service framework stopped working & was closed, Antispam OE Hool launcher has stopped working, Agcp.exc has stopped working, internet low-mic utility has stopped working, run once wrapper has stopped working . can anyone help me

out.
