I still have no wireless mouse or keyboard and no one seems to know how to fix it but I came across another problem today. I got the free serial number emailed to me from Microsoft and attempted to follow the instructions and download it. As mentioned

I have no keyboard so using a wired mouse I cut and pasted the '"Add Features" into the search box as instructed. All I got in the settings tab is a box that enables me to turn Windows features on and off. There is nothing there at all about adding new features.

How do I find the download so I can install it. I have never known an operating system as complicated and awkward to use and for a Microsoft keyboard and mouse not being recognised is ridiculous. Can anyone help with this issue or with my keyboard issue as
