I recently attempted to contact Yahoo.com to repair an email problem and was directed to Click4Support. They sold me a repair contract including Microsoft Security Essentials license for a three-year term. They showed me a csrss.exe file in my task manager

and stated it was a Trojan that was stealing my computer information and shutting down Microsoft security files. They offered technical support to remove the virus, stating my McAfee program would not remove such virus/Trojan. After three hours of remote

access to my computer to "fix" my problem, my email is still messed up and I am out over $200.00. Is this service approved by Microsoft or have I been duped? They say they are authorized to work with Microsoft systems and that the free Microsoft Security

Essential download is a scam, that Microsoft does not offer the program for free. Any truth to any of this or do I have to cancel my credit card account as they now have that information as well?

Thank you.
