KB2758857 Install fails with error code 80071AA7

[AWS]

Win 7 x64. Latest bunch of updates from Microsoft, 2 are failing to install with the same error so I will just concentrate on KB2758857.

 

 

Windows Update said I needed to reboot, so I did and it then rolls back the update,

 

 

I have installed all of the other updates one at a time.

 

 

Not too much info on error 80071AA7, the most recent I can find is about Win Vista.

 

 

Error details below, pretty much the same info in the Event Logs.
