How many PCs can I update with a single Windows 8 Pro upgrade purchase?

How many PCs can I update with a single Windows 8 Pro upgrade purchase? I looks like 5, but I'm not sure. There are 3 laptops in my house mine, plus my 2 sisters. Can they be updated with the same purchase, or will they have to purchase theirs seperately?
