how do I get rid of MTool please ?

Keep getting a pop-up from my Norton Internet security stating that MTool is unsafe and it has been removed. However, the pop-up still keeps reappearing. It appears to be a virus of some sort but the Microsoft Safety Scanner did not detect it and I

can't locate it on my system. Windows Defender doesn't detect it either.

Any help would be most gratefully received.
