when using a site a popup comes up to speed up my system it attaches itself and tells me i have erro

when i was using a site a popup came on and was saying that i have errore on my systen it had run a scan .

it said that I had regestry errors is that part of microsoft .

I did a microsoftsafty scan which said that I had no virus .

what to do from here.
