How can i revert back to getting "Windows Updates" only. I installed the " NEW! Get Microsoft Update

How can i revert back to getting "Windows Updates" only. I installed the " NEW! Get Microsoft Update today" feature. However, i don't want the updates for the additional Microsoft products. I don't use Outlook, etc. so i only need updates for Windows

XP only.
