windows 8 Windows 8 random explorer.exe crash and restart

Hi,

I just installed windows 8 and I am experiencing some weird problem,

the explorer keeps crashing and restarting randomly with no specific reason and most of the time it happens when I'm surfing through my folders.

Here is Event Viewer log:

I don't have WinDbg installed would someone please tell what is causing the problem?
