WHen using a techinical piece of software the cut/paste option has stopped functioning.  Software support technicians seem to think the issue is with MS Office software.  The above notation appears: not supported by office clipboard - How do I troubleshoot

clipboard issues?  The clipboard, cut and paste works in WORD, etc., just not within this techinical software.
