Why: The tablet spends >90% of it's time comfortably docked, so....

Is there a setting that will return me to the Desktop when closing a Modern App instead of the Start Screen? 

 

Reason: I don't close an app with the intention of opening another, I close an App to close an app.  This is just another 'extra step' Windows 8 has introduced to (for me) the most overwhelmingly common scenario.  I'd like to avoid that.
