We made the mistake of purchasing a laptop with Windows 8 and MSN for Windows 8.  These programs may be fine for smartphones or tablets, but for working computers, they are horrid and difficult to use.  We really dispise the lack of Start Menu

and MSN for Windows for pretty much everything.

Is it possible to replace it with Windows 7 and IE 9?
