The built in comparability test in Win 7 computer tells that Family Tree Maker is NOT compatible,Why? "Techs" at Ancestry are telling me that their "program" should be compatible, I have done a re install several time,had my computer go the an DELL

remote scan they have said everything is fine.

I have just crashed again. Why dose it crash when I am merging names in the Family Tree Maker 2012?
