I need to restart my laptop in normal mode

I have trouble restarting my computer in normal mode, only runs in safe mode when I turn the on button under f1 function.

I desinstalled the projector dispositive because I press the wrong button that will block the screen, and only can se when I plugg it to a projector screen.
