I forgot to enter my promo code for the pruchase rebate of windows 8. Can-I get back a credit?

Good Day,

 

I did get my promo code for the windows 8 upgrade. Unfortunately, I forgot to enter the promo code during the purchasing by Internet. Is-it possible to get the credit back?
