Having problems with windows update in win 8 pro and the above update wont install. So tried downloading the patch from MS and it still fails. Have run sfc /scannow - verified ok. Ran the troubleshooter on windows update but it says its fixed but problem

re occurs.Am now running dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth but it seems to be stuck at 20%Anyone got a fix ?
